#The 5-Step Audit Framework
- 1Data Lineage: Prove where your training data came from. Was it balanced?
- 2Metric Selection: Choose the right fairness metric (e.g., Equal Opportunity vs. Demographic Parity).
- 3Stress Testing: Test the model with edge cases and synthetic data specifically designed to trigger bias.
- 4Mitigation: If bias is found, re-train or apply post-processing correction.
- 5Continuous Monitoring: Bias creeps in over time (Data Drift). Monitor it.
