If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Service Description
RegulaAI provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for conducting automated compliance audits of Artificial Intelligence systems in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU AI Act)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD)

3. User Registration and Account
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain aspects of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
3.3 Business Use
This service is primarily intended for businesses and organizations. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
4. Plans and Payments
4.1 Pricing Structure
RegulaAI offers the following plans:
- Free Plan: Basic risk assessment (8 questions)
- Basic PDF (€14.99): Download basic PDF report
- Annual Plan (€199.99/year): Full access to AEPD checklist
- Lifetime Plan (€699.99): Perpetual access without renewals
- Enterprise Plan (from €999/year): Advanced features for teams
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information. By providing payment information, you warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
4.3 Automatic Renewals
Subscription plans (Annual and Enterprise) automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
4.4 Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting contact@smeanalytica.dev.
Refunds after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Lifetime plans are not eligible for refund after 30 days.
5. Acceptable Use
By using RegulaAI, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of RegulaAI or third parties
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to RegulaAI systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RegulaAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Spain and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of RegulaAI.
7. User Content
7.1 Responsibility
You retain all rights to the content you provide to RegulaAI (questionnaire responses, uploaded documentation, etc.). You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and reliability of the content you provide.
7.2 Limited License
By uploading content to RegulaAI, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and generating your audit reports.
8. Limitation of Liability

Reports and recommendations generated by RegulaAI do not constitute legal advice. You should consult with a qualified attorney specializing in AI regulation and data protection before making legal decisions.
In no event shall RegulaAI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from regulatory non-compliance
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. RegulaAI does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Generated reports will guarantee legal compliance
- Using the Service will prevent regulatory sanctions or fines
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RegulaAI and its licensors and licensees, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:
- Your use and access of the Service
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact support.
Lifetime plans terminate only for violation of these Terms. Annual and enterprise plans may be canceled at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued except as set forth in the Refund Policy.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase through this website shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Madrid, Spain, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in Madrid, Spain.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
